Quality translations since 1975
Always on a par with technical progress
Back then, our proofreading unit in Zurich was equipped with typewriters, Tipp-Ex and paper. Our translations - always quality translations, then as now - were dispatched by post or telefax.
The 1980s saw the advent of the PC. Translingua sent out its first translations on disk, and a world of new opportunities dawned. But ways also had to be found of ensuring compatibility across the many word processing programs then in use.
Internet and email made many things easier, and opened the door on boundless opportunities for research. But ever larger data volumes, e.g. for PowerPoint presentations, brought new challenges, too.
Technology continues to develop, and we grow with it. No effort or investment is too much in our mission to bring you the best of current translation options.
