Our terms of business
Basis for price calculations
We count the number of translated characters, including spaces. Minimum charges apply per language. Quotes are intended as guideline prices and may vary by up to 10% maximum.
Terms of payment
Net on receipt of invoice, but within 30 days at the latest.
Complaints
Complaints must be made in writing no later than 30 days after receipt of our translation. In justified cases, we will pay compensation for actual costs incurred. All other claims excluded.
